Everyone here at J Osman Homes is committed to building, renovating and/or remodeling your home in such a manner that you will be proud of the construction and design decisions you made. Our quality assurance checklist ensures that everything is toughly inspected and meets or exceeds all building code requirements and is completed according to a master schedule. Quality construction means a better-built home for you and your family, and a better-built commercial space for your business.
Scheduling and Timelines
Scheduling and timelines in construction seems to always be a concern when clients come to us after working with other builders, or hearing from friends and family members who have had extremely poor experiences. At J Osman Homes we utilize a job site coordination procedure that keeps you in the loop at every step of the process. Every Monday an email, and/or text message is sent to your specific address outlining what will be happening in the coming week. You're always in the loop so there is no guessing. You know specifically what work is being done at the site, as well as projected completions dates including city and county inspections. We have found in the past that our clients are very happy with the Monday Schedules and they feel that this process keeps them current and aware of every aspect of the project, the schedule, and the timelines related to their home or commercial space.
